Our Story

How We Got Here

Technology provides a solution for our problem, changing our world at a high speed, and  It needs the input of both men and women to be complete.  If women in tech decrease, we are only solving problems from men's perspective. We need to work hard to balance men and women in tech, so women are not just consumers. Their input in the digital world is important.   

Women are creative, detail oriented,  organized, and  can handle pressure and multitasking .  All these skills are necessary for the Tech world. 

At Circle of Friend Networks, though we will hire both men and women, we will work hard to encorage and empower women to get into Tech, opening job opportunities and trainings.  We will work in balancing the digital world.
